Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are processed, and shipped within 48 hours of full payment being received. All orders have to be paid up-front before any merchandise is shipped out.

Shipping times vary and range from 3 - 7 business days for orders that are stocked, and available with our distributors and/or our local warehouse to 10 business days for orders that are out of stock, but not backordered from the manufacturers.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. 

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the back ordered item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
